I've been waiting for someone else to ask.
Obviously no-one wants to appear ignorant. So what IS it?
I guess I should let you know that I was decanting an almost empty bottle of dishwashing liquid into a newer bottle. Stood one bottle on the other upside down. The photo is of the resulting bubble with the liquid swirling into the bottle.
