Seriously considering which way to go with photography? Do I use digital or film, 35mm, medium or large format?
What do people pay for in photography (other than the never ending supply of new gear)? Let me know...
If there was one photo that you would like to have on your wall; which would it be? Then I can work out how it was done, if I could do it and what I would need to learn (or buy... I said it was never ending!) to do it.

You will do your best work when you are working with materials and subjects and themes that you are passionate about.
Is there a way that you can experiment with processes and equipment before you fork out the big bucks? Photography is bloody expensive.
(Yay for my Canon Ixus 60! It does all I need and then some.... But professional photography is a whole other kettle of fish)
I've already forked out big bucks! Now I need to generate a return...
I am looking at large format panoramic cameras at the moment. Full set up of $5500... The challenge then is if I decide to scan a negative from this camera it ends up as an 11Gb file, I have a good computer but not quite that good so it would need an upgrade... Like I said, it never ends!!! If I can make a returm on it so that it pays for itself then that's OK...
Wheewee! I think I will stick to 'plastic arts' - drawing, painting, sculpture and 'domestic arts' - knitting, baking, and gardening. !!!
I like you view of the city - there must be a commercial market in the glossy, panoramic stuff... Good excuse to travel the world!
PS I love quirky travel photos!
